With only the outer dimensions of your allotted space, we will comprise a preliminary floor plan depicting wall layout and traffic flow based upon a collaboration of our detailed expertise and the specific needs of you and your staff. We recommend an initial visit to your office giving us the opportunity to establish a relationship with you and your staff and in order for us to reach a complete understanding of your specific needs and desires. You will also receive solid answers to all of your questions regarding any phase of your project.

Phase III will transform your unique space plan into full working construction drawings which include a dimensioned floor plan, electrical, plumbing and reflected ceiling plans. We will spend time with you and create architectural interest in your space for that "wow" factor.

Whether you wish to step outside the box or stay in your comfort zone, we will work closely with you in selecting the look that compliments the new design of your office. This includes floor coverings, wall finishes and colors, artwork, etc. Not only do we specify, but we can supply all of the selected materials.
